We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Sabah Wildlife Department, the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, the Sabah Forestry Department, or any government body. Official information from the centre always supersedes anything written here; where they differ, trust the sign at the gate, then tell us so we can fix our page.
Every fact on this site — fees, hours, feeding times, transport prices, package rates — is verified against primary sources and re-checked monthly; pages state their verification dates. That is a serious process and still not a guarantee: fees change, timetables change, and rainforests keep their own schedules. Confirm anything critical — especially opening hours and transport times — close to your travel date. We accept no liability for losses arising from information that changed after our last check, and we mean the promise on our stats page: report a discrepancy and we'll chase it down.
The tour packages presented on this site are operated by Remarkable Borneo Travel & Tours, and enquiries sent through our tour forms go to them.
